Graphic design  and  Social strategy  for world-renowned homegoods and furnishing leader.

I lead a content evolution that standardized design across channels during increased media investment, creating increased consumer engagement and spend with a more consistent brand experience.

Pinterest serves as a crucial platform for home furnishing brands to connect with consumers actively planning their spaces. As Crate and Kids increased their investment on paid social, I led the visual direction and creation of over 100 paid Pins. Working closely with strategy, analytics, and merchandising teams, the content developed significantly improved engagement, acquisition, and retention metrics, contributing to increased market share and higher cart totals from more engaged consumers. Throughout this evolution, I refined and standardized the visual approach, creating a templatized system that is both distinctively Crate, and optimized for Pinterest's unique environment.

Paralleling the strategies on other paid and organic social, Crate was expanding their Instagram presence. I conceived and produced dozens of assets specifically for Instagram, helping to define both visual direction and strategic objectives as the brand's social presence evolved. This included incorporating motion design into all content, and expanding the brand's visual world to resonate specifically with Instagram's audience while maintaining consistency with other channels.

Banners?

This project was a tricky ask. The media buy had already been made, and market disruptor Love Wellness needed their first ever out-of-home campaign to make a bold, Big Apple-worthy statement.

Without an up-to-date asset library, we had only days to create fresh product visuals for their entire line to use across dozens of unique placements. Keeping things simple, eye-catching, and honest was the solution to make the most with their colorful introduction.

As a bonus, I got to bring our work to life with motion graphics for digital ads alongside our physical station takeovers.
